Cynthia has over seventeen years of experience in Estate Planning and Estate Administration. She maintains a close working relationship by telephone and personal conferences with the clients to obtain the information required to draft pleadings to prepare all types of succession pleadings. She has drafted wills, codicils, trusts, special needs trusts, acts of donation, general procurations, special limited medical powers of Attorney, Matrimonial Agreements, Reservation of Fruits and Products of separate property as separate property, declaration of remains and numerous other miscellaneous estate planning documents.
Cynthia has maintained records on trust accounts and worked with the accountant to provide documentation for the fiduciary income tax returns and prepared federal estate tax returns, as well as obtained all supportive documents to be attached to the tax return. She also acts as the liaison between the attorney and the client.
